G. Serrano is the founder of Total Rental and a licensed Florida real estate broker, providing real estate brokering services as defined under Chapter 475 of the Florida Statutes. Before entering real estate, he spent 15 years leading multimillion-dollar megaprojects for SLB in some of the world's most demanding environments — leading the world's first gas hydrate production project through two winters in the Canadian Arctic, drilling French Guyana's first-ever oil well, and helping change national regulations to safely bring a new production technology to Ecuador. A civil engineer with a Master's in Petroleum Engineering, PMP-certified since 2005, and trained in risk management and international business, he brings that same discipline and long-term thinking to every property Total Rental manages.
